CCSS is a Non-Profit organization providing free plastic and reconstructive surgery to children with birth defects. No child is ever seen as a statistic; each patient is given all the love and personal attention possible by our caring volunteers. We have performed over 15,000 surgeries. The 2008 Combined Giving Campaign Kickoff The 2008 Combined Giving Campaign Kickoff for the City of San Jose was on 10/29/08 in the Rotunda at City Hall and CCSS was their. Our booth gave before and after pictures of our patients to encourage the City Employees to select CCSS as one of their charities for 08. Our ad is on the last page of the Cities Campaign Bullion under Employee Requested Charitable Organizations and our City designated # for employee giving is 1007. Click Here for our Flyer. I want to thank the City of San Jose and its employees for supporting CCSS after my recent retirement in March 08 from the Cities Building Division.
